Chocolate Ganache Pie

This pie recipe tastes wickedly rich but is actually quite healthy, and contains no dairy or wheat so it's vegan and gluten free. The crust is made from dates and toasted hazelnuts, and the filling is simply chocolate and silken tofu with flavourings of your choice. Here it is served with a vanilla coconut cream.
